Will VIP Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights & Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the Will VIP platform in any way — whether through the website at will-vip.net, the Will VIP mobile app, or any other channel operated by Will VIP — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Will VIP. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Will VIP platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2. Eligibility

To open and use a Will VIP account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not register as players.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a Will VIP employee.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement with Will VIP or any affiliated platform.

Will VIP reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory verification, your account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals held until verification is complete.

By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3. Account Registration

Each person may hold only one Will VIP account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, phone number, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. Will VIP uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts and will close all associated accounts if duplicates are found.

Account Information

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. If your phone number, email address, or payment details change, you must update your Will VIP account promptly. Will VIP is not responsible for failed communications or payments resulting from outdated account information.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your Will VIP login credentials confidential. Do not share your username or password with anyone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact Will VIP support immediately at [email protected]. Will VIP will never ask for your password through any channel.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Will VIP supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in BDT and no currency conversion fees are charged by Will VIP.

Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳100
• Deposits are credited to your Will VIP account within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Will VIP does not accept cash deposits or bank transfers from unverified sources.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳200
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 5 minutes during normal operating hours. In some cases, additional verification may extend this to 24 hours.
• Will VIP reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 5.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Will VIP offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

Welcome Bonus

New members who make their first deposit at Will VIP are eligible for a 100% welcome bonus up to a stated maximum amount. The welcome bonus is credited automatically upon qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus carries a wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made from the bonus balance.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per person, household, device, or IP address unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted.
• Will VIP reserves the right to withdraw any bonus that was claimed in error or as a result of a technical fault.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit stated for each bonus. Uncompleted bonuses will expire and be removed from your account.
• Certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Sports bets typically contribute 100%; some casino games may contribute less.

6. Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on Will VIP are subject to the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific rules published on the platform.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds may change before a bet is confirmed; if odds change during the placement process, you will be notified and given the option to accept or decline the new odds.
• Minimum bet: ৳10. Maximum bet limits vary by market and are displayed at the time of placement.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to availability. Will VIP reserves the right to suspend in-play betting on any market at any time without notice.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed and not completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned.
• Will VIP reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, including incorrect odds or incorrect event details.
• Winnings from voided bets are not payable. Stakes from voided bets are returned to your account balance.

Cricket Betting

Cricket is the most popular betting market on Will VIP. Bangladesh national team matches, the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), the Indian Premier League (IPL), and major international tournaments are all covered with full pre-match and in-play markets. 7. Games & Fair Play

All games available on Will VIP — including slots, fishing games, bingo, and live casino games — use certified random number generation (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined entirely by chance and cannot be influenced by Will VIP, the game provider, or any player.

Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available on the individual game information pages. Will VIP does not modify RTP settings from those certified by the game provider.

Technical Faults

In the event of a technical fault during a game session, Will VIP will attempt to restore the session to its last confirmed state. If this is not possible, the affected round will be voided and any stake for that round returned to your account. Will VIP is not liable for any losses resulting from technical faults beyond its reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Will VIP platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Will VIP account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions made on the platform.
• Abusing the bonus system, including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

Will VIP reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if Will VIP reasonably believes that:

• The account holder has breached any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes.
• The account holder has provided false or misleading information.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to Will VIP, other players, or third parties.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. If your account is closed for any other reason, your remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 5 business days.

Voluntary Closure

You may close your Will VIP account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closing your account, ensure that all pending bets have been settled and that your balance has been withdrawn. Will VIP is not responsible for any funds left in an account after voluntary closure is requested.

10. Privacy & Data

Will VIP collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at will-vip.net/privacy-policy. By registering on Will VIP, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Will VIP uses your data to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, comply with legal obligations, and improve the platform. Will VIP does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

All data transmitted between your device and Will VIP is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Account data is stored on secure servers with restricted access.

11. Responsible Gaming
